fanart from Full Metal Alchemist: Conquerer of Shambala because it was such a good movie. i was so inspired to draw something after watching the movie so i decided on fanart because of my artist block.

i'm very proud of this picture because i worked really really hard on it..must've been over 20 hours of CG for this. i lost count at 11 hours. after CGing this, i finally got the hang of choosing the right colors for dark bg with bright lighting.
only parts i'm not too satisfied with is the frame with alphonse heidrich and gluttony and wrath.

yes..i HAD to dedicate one frame to alphonse heidrich cuz it's so sad what happened to him and i love him as much as al XD. i made up the bg btw...it's not in the movie :). same goes for the crappy lazy bg for al's frame.
i feel so sad...why did al cut his long hair off in the end???!! NOOOOO!! he looked so cute with it :<..that was one of the sad parts in the movie for me rofl.

thanks! my coloring is actually pretty much dependant on smudge tool ^^;. smudge tool is my best friend.
i'm also pretty observant with my surroundings when i'm outside or at home, meaning i study the way shadows and lights work. yeah i'm such an art nerd :P. XD

I don't even like FMA and I think this is awesome. ESPECIALLY THE DRAGON O_O That's a friggin awesome dragon. The lighting in this picture is reeeealy nice, with all the electricy stuff... :D Great job!
